In 2011, Northern Training & Equipment Services, Inc. filled a need to create a customized plan for safety training based on the challenges faced at local companies. Varying company locations, unique material handling equipment, and workforce turnover have often made competitor’s commodity, one-size-fits-all training programs useless.
